Our surgery is holding a Training in Practice Day today 09 June 2026. Triage is open until 12pm for medical requests. If you have an urgent request between 12pm and 1pm, please call our Reception Team on 0118 959 5200 instead of submitting through triage. After 1pm, all urgent medical needs should be directed to NHS 111. Our online system remains open 24 hours for administrative requests only, such as: Prescription requests, letters, address changes. Medical requests submitted before 12pm will be dealt with on the same day. Meningitis is a serious infection that can become life-threatening very quickly. — click here to know more.
